Laser hardening “ Improvement by local surface reformulation “

We control laser beam of high density energy to precise.

Laser surface reformulation is very little thermal damage by local heating.
Laser surface reformulation is using a self-hardening heat transfer to the product.
It is environmentally superior because laser hardening does not use water cooling or oil cooling. Also laser hardening can reduce big energy consumption in comparison with induction hardening or heat treatment in a furnace.
